Ratio: 20g of Coffee to 300g of Water

Timing: 4-5 min



1. Heat your water to 198F & grind your coffee
2. Insert your filter into the pour over & rinse it with the hot water
3. Add your coffee
4. Pour 50g of water, fully saturating the coffee & wait 45 seconds
5. Pour 70g of water in circles & wait 45 seconds
6. Pour 60g of water in circles & wait 45 seconds
7. Pour 60g of water in circles & wait 45 seconds
8. Pour 60g of water in circles & wait 45 seconds
9. Your brewed coffee should be finished around 3:30. Swirl to enjoy!
