  • French Press

    Ratio: 45/700g

    Timing: 4 min



    1. Heat your water at 200F
    2. Preheat your French Press by rinsing it with the hot water
    3. Grind your coffee & drain your French Press
    4. Add your coffee & enough water to soak all our grinds. Wait  30 seconds
    5. Stir, then slowly pour the rest of your water into the press, then stir again
    6. At 4 minutes, plunge the brew & enjoy! 

  • Automatic Dripper

    Ratio: 60g/1000g (this is a little over 4 cups)

    Timing: 5-7 min



    1.Grind your coffee & rinse your filter with hot water
    2. Add your coffee to the filter & press brew!

  • Aero Press

    Ratio: 20/220g

    Timing: 2 min



    1. Bring your water to a boil & grind your coffee
    2. Insert a filter into the cap & rinse it with the hot water
    3. Place the plunger in the brewer with the plunger at the bottom
    4. Preheat the brewer by rinsing it with the hot water
    5. Grind your coffee & drain your Aeropress
    6. Add your coffee, pour the water, & stir the coffee
    7. After 1:20, stir again 
    8. Place the filter on, carefully flip it onto your mug, & press with steady pressure for about 20 seconds

  • Pour over

    Ratio: 20/300g

    Timing: 4-5 min



    1. Heat your water to 198F & grind your coffee
    2. Insert your filter into the pour over & rinse it with the hot water
    3. Add your coffee
    4. Pour 50g of water, fully saturating the coffee & wait 45 seconds
    5. Pour 70g of water in circles & wait 45 seconds
    6. Pour 60g of water in circles & wait 45 seconds
    7. Pour 60g of water in circles & wait 45 seconds
    8. Pour 60g of water in circles & wait 45 seconds
    9. Your brewed coffee should be finished around 3:30. Swirl to enjoy!

  • Cold Brew

    Ratio: 31/400g

    Timing: 18 Hrs

    1. Grind your coffee & add your water in a mason jar or French press
    2. Stir for 30 seconds & cover
    3. Brew at room temperature & wait 16-18hrs 
    4. Strain using a sieve and coffee filter & let gravity do it’s thing, so don’t try to squeeze anything out!
    5. Pour over ice & enjoy!
