Natural processed or dry processing is when coffee beans are dried inside of the cherry fruit. Sugars from the fruit breakdown enzymes around the bean. This allows for more fruity, winey, & fermented flavors.
Peaberry Beans
Coffee beans come from a fruit called a cherry & usually there are two beans.
With peaberries there is a mutation in the fruit & there is only one rounder, denser, concentrated bean. Peaberries have a higher concentration of flavor & caffeine.
Highly Caffeinated
ALERT! If you see this sticker it's not just for fun & games. These coffees contain more caffeine due to the roast style & bean type.
nerd alert
If you see this on your coffee bag, RELAX light roast drinkers(including myself). We just drank more caffeine than anyone else & they can all tell. The other roasts are great too, promise.
have me strong
This is a sign to go buy an espresso machine just to try these roasts extra concentrated & brewed under pressure.
Make Me Cold
This sticker is for our coffees that are great as a drip, pour over, french press BUT especially as a cold brew! Check out How to Brew for a guide to make your own cold brew.
